Returns Policy

Subject to your rights at law, we will only accept the return of products if we determine that the products were damaged, faulty at the time of delivery to you, or different to the one you ordered. We do not accept returns simply due to change of mind. If approved, we will replace the products, issue you with store credit or provide you with a full refund.

When you return a product it is very important that you state your order number, name and address for assessment. A detailed description of the problem is necessary. Remember to provide us with a receipt or document for your freight charges if we have to reimburse them.

It may take up to 14 days for us to receive your return, depending on your postal service. Once we have received the returned products, we will inspect them and process the return and notify you usually within 48 hours.
